The vision was to create a specialist recruitment platform that offered a place for creatives, candidates & freelancers to find their dream role within the ever growing sneaker world. From entry level retail roles to experienced creatives, Sneaker Jobs has it all. Candidates, freelancers & agencies can upload their profiles which is searchable by the crème de la crème of companies in the sneaker industry.

Projects By Sneaker Jobs allows companies & brands to post one-off projects to Sneaker Jobs for a set fee per project or an agreed hourly rate and timeframe. Freelances & agencies can make offers on these projects getting the best price for your brand or company. Attract the very best sneaker talent for your project using our exclusive freelancer & agency marketplace which is solely geared up for the sneaker industry.

To add a job first you need to register as an employer. Head to your dashboard and then submit a job. Select your package and then click ‘Listing Details’. Fill out as much relevant info about the role. If the application needs to go through your own jobs portal make sure to add the job url to the External “Apply for Job” link.

To add your company head to your dashboard and then Add Company 

*Please note you need to add your company before adding jobs or projects.

To add a project first you need to register a company. Head to your dashboard and then submit a project. Select your package and then click ‘Listing Details’. Fill out as much relevant info about the specific project. If the project is a fixed price or an hourly rate you can specify this also.

To check Job applications simply head to your Job dashboard. Here you can you also change the status of an application. If your job listing was set to receive applications via email or re-directed to a 3rd party website the application info will not show in your dashboard as we cannot capture the data.

Sneaker Jobs also has the facility to directly communicate with potential candidates, freelancers & agencies. Simply head to the messages section within your dashboard to view/action messages. received. 

To message a potential candidate, freelancer or agency simply click on the ‘send message’ button which is shown within the header of their profile.

After adding a project, freelancers & agencies that listed on Projects by Sneaker Jobs can bid on the listed project.

To view bids on your project simply head to the Manage Projects section within your dashboard.

If you would like to relist a job once the listing has expired simply head to the ‘Job Dashboard’ and then click the ‘relist’ button. You can then choose your desired job package.

To bookmark a profile for a candidate, freelancer or agency simply click the ‘bookmark’ button which shows on their profile. 

A job is defined as a contracted role with a designated amount of hours per week/month. 

A project is defined as a “one off” project or task which is not contracted.
